Attorney Chuck Efstration
Attorney Charles P. Efstration, III “Chuck” is an attorney licensed to represent clients in courts of the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Chuck grew up in Gwinnett County, graduating from Greater Atlanta Christian School, the University of Georgia, and Mercer Law School.
As a lawyer, Chuck began his career as a Gwinnett County Assistant District Attorney where he prosecuted felony offenses. Chuck’s work as an ADA included conducting jury trials in major-felony cases, writing appeals, prosecuting juvenile offenders, and training police officers about the law.
Since beginning work in private practice, Chuck has worked extensively in divorce, child custody, child support, and contempt matters, in addition to his practice in the areas of criminal defense. Chuck has served clients in the metro-Atlanta area, as well as other parts of the State of Georgia.
Chuck is a former president of the Gwinnett County Bar Association, a commissioner on the Judicial Nominating Commission, a member of the Council on Criminal Justice Reform, a member of the Rotary Club of Gwinnett, a former chairman of the Gwinnett County Republican Party, and a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Military Legal Assistance Program.
